A sale has been agreed on a well-known hotel in west Roscommon.
The White House Hotel in Ballinlough village has been bought by people with local connetions set to return home from New Zealand.
While details of the sale by Property Partners Earley are not being revealed it's understood the 19 bedroom property was on the market for just under 400,000 euro.

John Earley says it the purchasers have a background in the hospitality business and he believes the hotel will re-open in the coming months:
