A man has been charged in relation to a drugs seizure worth 55 thousand euro in County Leitrim.
Cannabis herb worth 50 thousand euro and 5 thousand euro worth of cocaine have been discovered in Ballinamore.
It's after a search was carried out on a home at around 9 o'clock yesterday morning.
Local Gardai with assistance from the Armed Support Unit executed a search warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1977 at a residence in Ballinamore.
Two men were arrested yesterday and were held at Carrick-on-Shannon Garda Station.
One man, aged in his twenties, was released without charge last night, and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The second man, also aged in his twenties, has been charged in relation to the seizure and is due to appear before Carrick-on-Shannon District Court on Tuesday.
