Gardaí in Roscommon have arrested two men over the seizure of drugs and cash in the county.
During the search of a residence at Annaghmore in Kilteevan, €35,000 of suspected cannabis, €3,200 worth of cannabis plants and €1,600 in cash was confiscated by Gardaí.
Two men, both aged in their 40s, were arrested as part of an investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in the region.

Local Gardaí from the Roscommon/Longford Drugs Unit along with the Garda Canine Unit and armed Support Unit conducted the search yesterday afternoon.
The men are currently being held in custody in Roscommon under section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act.
