Two east Galway businesses have been fined for an under-declaration of income tax.
23 tax-defaulters made 2.8 million euro in settlements with Revenue in the final three months of 2021.
Eight of the 23 defaulters were for amounts of at least 100,000 euro - with one exceeding half a million.

Anthony John Nevin from Ballinasloe was fined €45,168.98 while Ballinderry Nursing Home Ltd was fined €43,071.69.
