The trial of four men accused of falsely imprisoning and seriously assaulting the director of Quinn Industrial Holdings gets underway in the next few hours.

The trial of the four men accused of the false imprisonment and assault of Kevin Lunney will begin before the Special Criminal Court this morning.

It had been due to begin on Monday but legal argument over whether or not the case should be heard before that Court led to a delay.

It yesterday rejected the case put forward by Defence Counsel and it will begin hearing the case later this morning.
