Three arts centres in the Shannonside region are set to receive a share of over half a million euro in funding.
The Arts Council of Ireland today published a list of 42 theatres and arts centres who will receive Arts Centre Funding.
The Backstage Theatre in Longford are set to receive €265,000

In Leitrim, the Dock in Carrick on Shannon have been allocated €135,000 under the scheme.
While in Roscommon, €160,000 will be given to Roscommon Arts Centre.
Over 9 million euro in funding has been allocated nationally, with Projects Arts Centre in Dublin receiving the most funding at €940,000.
