The Taoiseach says he will continue to work with the Saolta Hospital Group over concerns at Sligo Hospital.
Last week Consultants at the Northwest facility wrote to Michael Martin to highlight their concerns about overcrowding and equipment at the facility.
Speaking while on a visit to Longford yesterday the Taoiseach stated the impact of covid has resulted in challenges hospitals however he said there has been investment in hospital and there will be investment.
