A further 359 Covid-19 cases have been confirmed - the lowest daily figure since mid-December.
14 additional deaths have also been recorded.
There are 498 people with the disease in hospital, of which 116 are in ICU.

Offaly and Longford currently have the highest rates of infection in the country at 401 and 396 respectively, and Cork and Kerry have the lowest.
Ten new cases of Covid were recorded in Longford today, none in Leitrim and fewer than five in Roscommon.
