A teenaged pedestrian has died after a crash involving a van in county Laois this morning.
It happened on the N80 at Clonsoghey at about half past seven.
The man in his late teens was taken to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Portlaoise for treatment but passed away from his injuries.

Garda are appealing for witnesses, particularly those with camera footage to come forward.
