The R392 in south Longford remains partially closed today following an incident on Friday morning.
A truck went off the road at Lehery on the Lanesboro to Ballymahon road just after 7am with traffic down to a single lane at present.
A large quantity of diesel spilled on the road and also into surrounding lands. Longford County Council say they are making every effort to re-open the road as soon as possible following a full clean-up of the site and repair works to the road.
