The service disruptions at Roscommon University Hospital as a result of the ransomware attack on the HSE IT systems are expected to continue next week.
CANCELLATIONS
XRay, CT and Ultrasound appointments are cancelled.
If you have an appointment for any other service and have not already been directly contacted by the hospital, please phone the number on your appointment letter or the hospital switchboard 090 662 6200, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
INJURY UNIT
Patients can expect significant delays in the Injury Unit as existing IT systems are not in use and the manual workarounds in place are time-consuming.
Where possible patients should bring their existing patient number or board number with them when they come to the hospital or any letter that they have received from the hospital as this will contain information which will make it easier to find existing medical records. Patients should also bring a current list of medications or prescriptions.
