RTÉ has refused to give over the documents related to its former Director General Dee Forbes to an Oireachtas committee.
The details relate to her contract at the broadcaster.
It also declined to provide the Public Accounts Committee with information on former Commerical Director Geraldine O'Leary, and former Chief financial Officer Breda O'Keeffe's exit packages.

The documents were requested by members of the committee, ahead of RTÉ appearing again next month.
