A Roscommon woman has been arrested in an investigation into fraud and theft related offences.
The Corporate Enforcement Authority made the arrest yesterday as part of an ongoing investigation in to company law breaches and other offences.
The CEA was established in 2021 and enforces compliance with company law, investigates suspected offences and supervises the activities of liquidators and receivers.

The woman is currently detained in custody under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.
