2018 and 2019 TG4 All-Ireland Intermediate semi-finalists Roscommon take on Westmeath, who are aiming to bounce back to the senior grade at the first attempt, following last year’s relegation.

While Roscommon look to make it third time lucky having lost out in the previous two semi-finals who look to draw on the experience of Jenny Higgins and Caroline Conway.

Westmeath will look to build on their second convincing win of the competition as Ciara Blundell’s second-half brace of goals and Leona Archibold’s first-half penalty helped the midlanders to a 3-11 to 1-5 win over Offaly.

Roscommon won the Mary Quinn Memorial Cup in 2005, while Westmeath were champions in 2011. The game is live on Shannonside Radio from one o’clock live from Glennon Brothers Pearse Park.
