A comprehensive directory of mental health services for Roscommon has been launched by a local team of volunteers.
Mental Health Roscommon is a local charity comprising of members from the health, education and business sector.
The charity compiled the A-Z directory over the last number of months with numbers and contact details for confidential phones lines, 24 hours emergency services, family supports and more included in the booklet.
The directory is available in libraries across Roscommon and through Family Resource Centres, the Primary Care Centre and Citizens Information offices.
The group also plan to launch an app later this year that will feature a digital version of the booklet, the project receiving support from Mental Health Ireland and Roscommon Mental Health Services.
