Roscommon school hoping to significantly expand bike parking facilities

Roscommon Community College is looking to develop additional space for students to be able to park bikes at the school.

The GRETB has published a tender for a major upgrade of car parking facilities at the school - which will include an extra 12 car parking spots.

The school is also looking to develop bike stands that will accommodate up to 60 bikes with other works, including surface water drainage, street lighting, fencing & landscaping also set to be carried out.

The deadline for responses is the 27th of August.
