Roscommon Golf club have submitted an application for planning permission for works at their course outside of Roscommon Town.
The club is seeking permission for the demolition of an existing derelict dwelling house on the site at Ballymartin More on the Golf Links Road.
It's planned to develop a new practice area on the site of the demolished house together with perimeter fencing across the area.

The Club was established in 1904 with a major land expansion completed in 1991 and the rebuilding of the club house finished in 1996.
Roscommon County planners will decide on the application in June.
