A Roscommon woman believes older people have nothing to fear from modern technology.
Mary Finan was recently named as an Active Retirement Digital Ambassador and will be providing technology skills classes across the region.
The programme being run by Active Retirement Ireland hopes to develop and empower older people's digital skills.

Speaking on Shannonside Northern Sound, the member of the Ballinlough/Granlahan Active Retirement Association says modern phones are a great tool.
