A Roscommon charity is noticing an increase in the number of people accessing its services since a rise in the cost of living.
The Melting Pot in Roscommon town operates a Clothing & Bricabrac Charity Shop as well as a Meals on Wheels food service.
Manager, Monica Gaffney says people across the board are calling for support, food and clothes with the the service currently delivering over 500 dinners every month to people across the county.

Monica believes no-one should be ashamed to ask for help and she's appealing to anyone struggling to contact the Melting Pot.
