Church Street in Roscommon town is once again open foRetar business following a major streetscape upgrade.
That's according to a local businessman, who says the last few weeks have been difficult due to ongoing works.
The Church Street Public Realm Enhancement Scheme has seen the street become one-way with parking spaces on one side.
It's been welcomed by local residents and retailers who say it makes the street safer for motorists and pedestrians.
Traffic will now only be permitted to access Church Street from Main Street - further works will include access to Henry Street from Abbey Street.
