A protest is being held today outside a factory in Kildare, accused of animal welfare abuse.
My Lovely Horse Rescue is calling for Shannonside Foods in Straffan to be shut down, after an "RTE Investigates" programmes captured footage of horses at the facility being beaten and mistreated.
It's prompted investigations by the Department of Agriculture and Gardaí.
