Property prices in Roscommon have risen by €25,000 in the past year, according to MyHome.ie.
The median asking price for a property in Roscommon is now €225,000 - up 12.5 per cent in a year.
In Longford, prices are up 6.45 per cent to €165,000.

Leitrim's prices, meanwhile have flatlined, going up 0.51 per cent to €199,000.
