Planning permission is being sought for the construction of a significant new housing development in Longford.
Adaview Ltd have applied for the 93 homes at Ard Michael, off the Ballinalee Road in the town.
The development would consist of 44 three storey 3 bed homes, 28 three storey 3 bed homes and 19 two storey 2 bed units.

The houses would be a mix of semi detached and terraced buildings, with access gained off Oaklands Avenue.
Plans include cycle paths, a landscaped open area and all associated site works.
County planners will decide on the application in August.
