Leitrim Enterprise Fund are intending to apply for planning permission to construct a new advanced technology unit. The development is proposed to be constructed at the IDA Business and Technology Park in Carrick-on-Shannon. The plans include the construction of a 1,512 square metre industrial unit, a two storey office and reception area. The proposed development also include 56 parking spaces, a bicycle stand, an electric vehicle charging station and solar panels to the roof of the building.
