Planning permission is being sought for a major housing development in County Roscommon.
Mulleady Properties and Company have lodged an application with Roscommon planners for the construction of 40 homes at the Demesne in Castlerea.
The housing will consist of a range of 4-bed semi detached two storey homes, 3-bedroom terraced homes and 2-bedroom semi detached bungalows.

The application also includes access through the existing road at the adjoining Tarmon Manor estate and the connection to public water mains.
Roscommon County Council will decide on the application in June.
