Planning permission sought for Longford housing development

Planning permission is being sought for a major extension to a housing development in County Longford.

Lyleworth Ltd have lodged an application with Longford planners for the construction of 28 homes at Cluain na Sibhe, Killashee.

The houses will be a mixture of two storey 3 bed semi detached homes and two storey terraced two bed houses.

The application also includes access through the existing development at Cluain na Sibhe and the extension of the current communal open space.

Bicycle parking, hard and soft landscaping as well as public lighting also feature in the designs.

Longford County Council will decide on the application in May.
