Planning permission has been granted for the construction of a filling station in Longford. The development includes a new coffee shop and seating area. The project is proposed to be developed at Saintjohnstown, on the Longford Road in Ballinalee.
The development includes the construction a new forecourt area with pump islands and canopy, as well as 40,000 litre underground fuel storage tanks. The project will also see the installation of a car wash facility, along with parking bays and the erection of appropriate signage. Longford County Planners granted planning permission with 15 conditions attached.
