Roscommon County Council are seeking permission to building a new housing development in Boyle.
The Part 8 planning permission is seeking the construction of 16 new homes at Cnoc Na hAbhann in Abbeytown.
The units will placed across four independent sites and will compose of 3 bed, 2 bed and a smalll amount of 4 bed homes.

The application will also include lighting, ducting for utilities, hard & soft landscaped areas and the formation of new connections to water services.
A Part 8 planning application is a plan by the council itself to complete works with the decision made in conjunction with county councillors.
The plans will be discussed and decided upon at an upcoming meeting of the body in June.
