Over €90,000 in cash seized by Garda in Ballinasloe

It's part of an investigation into the sale and supply of illegal drugs.

A large amount of cash has been seized in East Galway following investigations into the illegal sale and supply of drugs.

Gardaí in Ballinasloe searched a residence in the town in recent days.

Over €90,000 in cash was found hidden in a vehicle along with a quantity of sterling.

The cash was seized and investigations are continuing
