Over 670 Ukrainian students are now enrolled in schools across the Shannonside region
The number represents a small increase on last months figure of 623.
New figures released by the Department of Education show another increase in the number of Ukranian children enrolled in schools across the region.
Leitrim remains the area with the most amount of students enrolled across the 3 counties, with 216 in primary school and 126 in post primary.
118 Ukrainians are attending schools in Longford, with 58 in primary schools and 60 in secondary.
While in Roscommon, 163 are in primary schools and 54 in secondary.
Nationally, almost 15-thousand Ukrainian children are attending primary and secondary school.
While according to the latest data from the Central Statistics Office, almost 75,000 Ukrainians have arrived in Ireland since the beginning of the Russian invasion.
