It's been confirmed the old Ballygar Health Centre is set to be demolished, with plans for the site to be developed for disability services in the future.
The centre was destroyed in a fire in 2021 with the front part of the building completely gutted.
It is hoped to demolish and clear the site in the coming months.
Health officials has indicated the location is considered suitable to accommodate a development addressing identified needs in disability services.
