North West Hospice are launching a new podcast to mark Palliative Care Week this evening. "The Journey Together" is a 13 part podcast exploring the realities of palliative care through open and honest conversation.
There is a launch event taking place in the Sligo Park Hotel this evening from 5.45pm. Three episodes will be released this week and the podcast is available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and on northwesthospice.ie.
