Nominations for the Garda Youth Awards are now open across the Shannonside Northern Sound region.
The fourth annual event hopes to recognise outstanding young people aged between 13 and 21 who have contributed to their local communities.
This year's accolades include individual, group, special achievement and Community Safety.

Gardaí will be distributing entry forms via email to schools, youth groups and voluntary organisations across each garda division in the region over the coming weeks.
Nominations close at 5pm on Wednesday, 15 June 2022.
