A special memorial bench has been erected in Mullingar for people who have lost their lives in the hospital.
November marks remembrance month and the hospital has today unveiled a special bench a memorial bench will be unveiled in Belvedere House Gardens & Park.
The bench is sponsored by Regional Hospital Mullingar and the Hospital hope this gesture will bring comfort to bereaved families and provide them with a scenic quiet place for reflection.

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Regional Hospital Mullingar hosted regular remembrance services for all bereaved families which have not been possible in the last 18 months.
