Motorists in the Northwest to be hit hard by rise in fuel costs- Harkin

Drivers in border and north west counties are being hit particularly hard by the rise in fuel costs according to a local rural TD.

Sligo Leitrim Independent deputy Marian Harkin says the government need to tackle the crisis in fuel costs in the upcoming budget.

Motorists are being warned that prices could pass 2 euro per litre as measures introduced last year to lower costs are being reversed.
