Motorists across the region are advised to take caution on the roads following snowfall overnight.
A status yellow snow/ice warning remains in place until 9 O'Clock this morning.
Meanwhile, a winter weather advisory issued by Met Éireann will remain in place until Friday .

The Arctic airflow will result in further sharp to severe frosts, ice, and some showers of hail, snow and sleet.
There is also the potential for patches of freezing fog to form in the calm conditions.
Carrigallen Vocational School in Leitrim will remain closed today.
