Gardai in Roscommon have seized a car following a number of offences on Tuesday.
While carrying out a checkpoint near Knockcroghery ,the Roscommon Roads Policing Unit detected a motorist using their phone while driving.
It was subsequently found the driver had no tax or NCT.

The car was seized at the roadside and court proceeding will now follow.
