A motorist has been arrested in Longford following a serious traffic violation.
The car was pulled over this week by the Longford Road's Policing Unit in Edgeworthstown.
Using the Garda Mobility App, the driver of the vehicle was found to be disqualified from holding a license.

The motorist also subsequently tested positive for cannabis and was arrested
The car was seized and the driver will face a court date.
