Mornings set to be darker as clocks have gone forward by an hour

'Summer Time' began at 1am, marking the end of GMT.

The clocks have gone forward - meaning we've lost an hour.
'Summer Time' began at 1am, marking the end of GMT.

From today, mornings will be darker - but evenings will be brighter.
We'll return to Greenwich Mean Time at the end of October.
