TV presenter and Longford native Maura Higgins is raising awareness of street harassment facing women, following an incident last week.
The Love Island Star from Ballymahon was grabbed by an unknown male as she was leaving the National Television Awards in London.
In a post on Instagram, the presenter spoke of how she was grabbed by the arm and pulled towards a parked car.

Following her own experience, the Longford native highlighted accounts of other women who've suffered harassment in public.
She's says its vital that the issue is addressed before more serious incidents can occur.
