A man has died following an accident in west Roscommon.
The man, who is believed to be married and in his 70s, was involved in an incident just after 10am this morning at a premises in Tibohine.
Emergency services arrived at the scene but the man was pronounced dead.

His remains have been removed for a post-mortem to Roscommon University Hospital and a Garda investigation is underway.
The Health and Safety Authority is aware of the incident and is investigating the circumstances of the man's death.
