Longford's first ever Pride Parade to take place this evening

Longford's first ever Pride Parade will take place in the county town today.
The pride festival kicks off with a craft market in Pig Market Lane at 12pm with the parade starting at 4pm from Connolly Barracks, marshalled by Rebecca Tallon de Havilland.

Following the parade, there will be a celebration at 5pm, then to finish off, there will be an after-party in Valentine's Bar at 8:30pm.
The Longford LGBT community are extending an open invitiation to the post-parade celebration in Pig Market Lane.
