Longford poet and spoken word performer Feli Speaks is to launch a debut album.
The writer and artists has confirmed that she is putting together a collection of her most well-known poems and spoken performances for an EP to be launched later this year.
The young Longford woman already features on the Leaving cert with her poem 'For Our Mothers'
She told the Joe Finnegan Show that it will be a mix of a variety of things.
" You guys are the first people I'm telling out loud before i tell anyone else, I'm releasing a EP in September. Its going to be poetry, music and I am creating this interesting, strange, weird sound that will go with my poetry and I know its different and i know have i haven't seen anything like it before so I am trying to dare to do something new with my talent."
