Gardaí have confirmed that two juveniles were arrested and questioned about an incident of alleged assault earlier this year in Longford.
A statement from the Garda Press Office says Gardaí attended the incident which happened shortly after half past five on the 11TH of June in the Farneyhoogan area of Longford,
A man in his fifties received treatment for injuries following the incidents.

A juvenile male and female were arrested and questioned about the incident in the last week.
They were released without charged pending a file to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
