Ballymahon business prioritises local suppliers as it creates 15 new jobs

Fifteen news jobs have been created in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic
with the opening of a new pizzeria and grill in Ballymahon, Co Longford.
Three locals – business men Michael Delaney and Fenton White and Chef Leo
Flanagan opened Jolly Boys Pizza and Grill in the premises recently made
vacant by the closure of the former Nine Arches restaurant in the south
Longford town.
The jobs created include five full time and 10 part time roles working in
the restaurant which has opened as a take away/delivery service to start
with due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Speaking to Shannonside FM, Michael Delaney says they’ve been

blown away by the response to their new venture from the public and local
business people alike.

And he says they’re hoping to be able to play their part in supporting the
local economy by using as many local suppliers as possible going forward.
