Community groups across the region are celebrating today following their success at this year's Pride of Place Awards.
The event which took place at the INEC in Killarney last night recognises and acknowledges the work carried out in villages and towns across the country.
Leitrim took home All-Ireland success following Tullaghan's win in the Coastal and Island Communities Category while in Roscommon, Knockcroghery received the runners up prize in the 300 to 1000 population category.

Cloontuskert also received a runner-up prize in the Housing Estates category.
Nominations for next year's Pride of Place competition will open in the coming weeks.
