Local vigils to be held in memory of Ashling Murphy

Vigils will take place across the country today, in memory of Ashling Murphy.

Among them will be events outside the Dail in Dublin and in Tullamore at 4pm.

Locally, A walk will take place at Somer's Park in Castlerea at 6:30pm this evening.

In Granard a vigil will be held at 7:30pm this evening and members of the public are asked to bring in Candle.

While in Leitrim the public will gather to remember Ashling at Market Square in Manorhamilton also at 7:30pm.

On Saturday, a vigil will take at Market Square in Longford at 4pm .
