Current and former employees of Bord na Mona in the Lough Ree area are being urged to attend a public information evening this week.
It's being organised by Roscommon Leader and the event will host a panel of experts on how to re-skill for local jobs, find out more about social welfare entitlements and how to take up further education.
The meeting takes place this Wednesday in St Mary's Bingo Hall in Ballyleague at 7pm and is free to attend.
