Numerous food products from across the Shannonside Northern Sound region have emerged victorious in the Blas na hÉireann 2023 awards.
The awards, now in their 16th year saw almost 3,000 products entered from across the country.
The Blas na hÉireann are the Irish Food Awards which celebrates the best of Irish food and drink.
There were 5 winners from County Leitrim; with Blakes Always Organic Ltd, Dromod Boxty Ltd, Elements of Chocolate, Jinny's Bakery Ltd and McNiffes Boxty all receiving awards.
In Roscommon there were 2 winners with Do Me A Flavour and Oliver Carty & Family picking up an award each.
In Co Cavan, Aine Chocolates Ltd; Cullys Craft Bakery; Drummully Boxty; Ice Cream Treats; Liffey Meats; Manor Farm; Morans Mega jam Ltd; and Terra Ltd took home the prestigious accolades.
While Arthur Mallon Foods; Connolly Meats; Connolly's Organic Eggs; IGWT Poultry Services; Lakeland Dairies Monaghan; Mallon Foods and Silver Hill Duck in Monaghan won big.
Meanwhile in Longford there were also 2 winners with Herterich Artisan Butchers Ltd and Panelto Foods taking home awards.
