Business owners across the Shannonside Northern Sound region are reporting an increase in cyber security attacks on their companies.
Three out of five small or medium sized businesses fell victim to an attack during the previous year.
That's according to new research by Galway based Cyberpie, an online cyber security education platform.

The firm is hosting a free seminar which takes place on October 14th to explain how to prepare against online attacks.
Speaking to Shannonside Northern Sound, Andrea Manning, CEO of Cyberpie says, the event will provide the business community with practical advice.
